I was brought up in the Free Church of Scotland on a hebridean island by Christian parents and they pretty much had all these beliefs.&lt;br&gt;
I have to say that they have now changed to a baptist church and they are so much happier and stronger in their faith that I have ever seen them.  Saying that, i was brought up within a strict religious community and I really hope that my son grows up with the beliefs and values I have.  I think my problem is trying to find a balance.  I will read your posts with interest.&lt;br&gt;
